Long time no update... please refresh to latest vice :D

Hi.

I got one compiling (sort of) at https://github.com/geekwisdom/vice3.4.js

testme.html file shows it can't load the kernel. Any ideas/suggestions apprecaited. Trying to get it to work for a Vic20 emulator
