recorder indicator on icon is on, no way to turn it off. #20

I click to record my desktop, the indicator light in the icon is on, however, when going back to the menu, I only see the "Start recording" option. I check to see if any processes are running that might be connected to recording anything, but there are none found.

This is odd. It looks like the recorder is being started but is aborting for some reason, and the applet isn't picking up on this. I'll need to look for a better way to detect ongoing recording.

I think this may have been a problem with the Capture Save Folder not existing. Let me know if this is still an issue. Thanks!
