WYSIWYG Style Dropdown #167

@mjuarez2 Class window gets cut off in the editor and users are not able to see all the class details. A new theme needs to be added to expand the window. @sozguzer let us know if missed anything.

Michael called it adminimal theme before leaving for vacation. He emailed me about it on May 29th Email subject: Drupal 8 Editor "I'm thinking the CSS libraries for the wysiwyg would need to be added to the admininal theme, since that is where content is edited. If that's the case, then we'll prolly need to create a custom adminimal theme version, but this might not be too bad if we just need a single configuration like CSS library references, which would be set in info.yml."
