integrate GenerateSection by Carnë Draug #52

The author of [GenerateSection] said they were okay with this, but I have put this in a branch for their final approval.

I'm the author the original [GenerateSection]. My real name is "David Miguel Susano Pinto". When I wrote this code I was using the online alias of "Carnë Draug" in the interest of a unique short name but I'm trying to change that now. My nick remains "carandraug".

This PR changes the original license (GPLv3+) to Perl 5 disjunctive license. I authorise this change of license.
