I have been adding some comments to users in the volunteer My Departments section. Each time I add a comment, the page jumps to top, and then collapses everything I expanded. I would prefer it remembers my position and state of what is collapsed and expanded. On pages with a lot of people, it gets very frustrating to constantly re-scroll down to the page.
