Add summary to top of Dealer Invoices Report #137

in addition to the pull report for the Store.
Looking for a report where you can choose which items to list with a date sold and date paid and balance on account.

For example When I look at the current catalog sale for Dealer tables. I see only what has been paid. having a report with Sold, paid and balance on account would let me know how many tables are allocated.

This information is available through existing reports, but it's not convenient.

Well sorta example for I have open dealer invoices. So when I look at the Sales Catalog report. it doesn't show the count of tables open.

there isn't a report for the Dealers just a listing of all invoices.
