User create bug -- possible data over-write occurred #173

Tried to created a New user. Left user name and pw fields blank for autogenerate. Error, asking to specify username and password of minim chars. Clicked on user name field, noticed a user name auto generate. Then clicked on password field, but still blank. Clicked save. Created record with ID = 0. I suspect a previous account that was associated with ID=0 may have been overwritten.

Is there another way I should be doing this? I know the page is of the old type and likely buggy, but I don't want to corrupt other data by using it.

It seems it may have created ok afterall.

Between adding users, navigate back to the page using the breadcrumb bar.
