8 years ago It should be noted that even though it throws the error screen, the intended action appears to be completed....the guest no longer shows up at least. Maybe there is some clean up needed in the db though.
If a volunteer request is declined for the 1st choice, the user will roll to the second choice even if the 2nd choice is already full. Instead, it would be better to roll them to the next choice that isn't already full. If all other choices are full, a note should be sent the volunteer letting them know that all choices were full, and if they would still like to volunteer to please resubmit a new volunteer request.
A couple of times now I was surprised to find users pending in my already full GR department.
