Allow events to be deleted #238

Marked as deleted, not actually deleted. This will hide it from the event selectors.

Added a deleted field which tracks the date/time when an event is deleted. This does not actually delete the event, it just marks it as deleted. You can un-check the delete box to un-delete an event.
