Prioritize item positions on convention registration page

an ability to list items on the registration page in an order of the events choosing rather than the random way it is currently done now.

It's not random, just not necessarily obvious. The current order is:

1. items without a role effective/expiration, sorted alphabetically by name
2. items with role effective/expiration, sorted by effective date, then name

This is to ensure that when selling a mix of one day and full memberships that they are sorted in a logical (start date) order. If they are sorted alphabetically then you could end up with one days above full memberships.

I agree that it would be best to allow some form of manual sorting.
