Remove high-bit shenanigans from EWoz #2

This is a hangover from the Apple 1 which probably isn't needed anymore.

Potentially as simple as removing CONVERT and the change to "standard ASCII" in ECHO, and tweaking some of the compares in NEXTITEM and NEXTHEX.
