Since Moodle 4.2, the Guzzle library is included in core: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-76135
Check if guzzlehttp still needs to be included in this plugin.
When testing in Moodle 4.4, the plugin still works without issues when the guzzle lib included is removed.
This needs to be also tested on 4.1 - 4.3.
