Remove Mastodon API passthru. #1

We don't make many calls and it would be much safer to move these server side

Getting closer in fe588cfc250357ab4b0690d68c3b3ae432642a93 search and add now have server side initiation, there is one case left with a call to account/verify_credentials which we need to make go away.
