Quote mpileup cmdline #20

Fixes #15, adds systemu dependency, errors when running mpileup are now reported to the user rather than being piped to /dev/null.

Sorry I seem to have abused the -a flag of git commit and now there are some unrelated Gemfile changes in there too, because I was having trouble with jeweler and bundler and those annoying ~> dependencies. Why not remove Gemfile.lock from the repo?
