Request to package with also lua conf.cmake for easily development integration #143

As a fresh install of Lua for windows there is no a lua conf .cmake file for easy integration in a CMake Project with few simple line starting from find_pacakge(Lua ....)

would it be possible also to update the readme with a simple CMake snippet too?
