It's just the Astronaut_obj that needs to be rotated by 180° around the Y-axis. I posted about this on the Keen forum.
The more interesting problem after that is how existing animations are imported to the armature and how new or modified animations are exported. There is a pose library in Blender but I don't know how to get something in and out of it.
Create another scene template that has a rigged astronaut model for easily making your own "emote" gesture animations. I can almost import the astrunaut model right now using Blender 2.72 using the fbx_experimental module, but some things are currently misrotated.
