Update difficulty packet #31

The second integer at the difficulty packet encodes the kind of solo/coop game being played. Refer to https://github.com/IvanSanchez/artemis-glitter/blob/424eaf7fc7794c3d7f0bf17c06d8786bf2da1d88/packets/difficulty.js
