astroberry.local name is not accessible when connected via Wi-Fi HotSpot # #

This behavior is system dependent and related to how Multicast DNS (mDNS) aka zeroconf is handled by various systems.

According to https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/140786115#comment316 Android now does resolve .local mDNS, but it probably takes some time, until it is widely available.
