[in the FORM of pharmacogenomics Plugin] preselect the radio button by “No mentioned” #1

DomeoClient is not allowed to preselect labels in the ui.xml because it interferes with persistence. The current solution is to set value of radio button to be "No mentioned" when the form is created the first time.
