[in the FORM of pharmacogenomics Plugin] correctness of radio button PK impact and PD impact #11

We're using radio buttons for the various fields like PD impact and PK impact, which means that in one annotation, you can only select one PD impact, or one PK impact. Does that reflect reality? Or is it possible that one statement could discuss both increased metabolism and increased absorption, for example? If that's the case, then the way this is set up, the annotators would need to create multiple annotations to reflect that, and I don't know that that's what we want them to do.

At this time, without further feedback from the pharmacists. It seems reasonable to leave as radio buttons. Though, if there are a number of annotations with multiple effects (PK or PD) that could be merged in the initial test set of annotations, we should consider switching to checkboxes.
