[in the FORM of pharmacogenomics Plugin] pre-select drug and biomarker #3

we should pre-select drug and show it in the drop-down box. Also, we need to do the same modifications for biomarker.

Pre tagging at FORM confirm by user also providing drop down list box for specify

This is an enhancement that is feasible but a relatively low priority at this time. We will come back to this after developing the Connector.
