bugs in the drug mentions list box #44

when user occasionally highlight a single character drug mention, the character usually will be matched in sentence span and then add the number of occurrence of that char into list box.

bug sample: label 155 for the drug mention Cimetidine

fixed this bug in hosted mode but aren't bring this change to public server.
