hr tag printed with replacement unicode characters when TERM is not recognized #116

as an example:

TERM=dumb elinks hr.html

hr.html.zip

the table is printed with '+' and '-' as expected, the hr tag with a line of 0xFFFD unicode characters

What character for hr lines do you suggest in such cases?

Minus.

It's also the same as the character used for tables.

Seems to work fine with the latest commit, so I close this one.
