[ win32 ] issue with saving configuration on win2k (related to issue #162) #165

Hello rkd77,

I'm "reopening" this. It's the same as: https://github.com/rkd77/elinks/issues/162 But this time there is not error message and config file is both not created or not loaded on startup. It's detected on win2k with elinks win32 compiled with mingw on linux.

I'll investigate the cause.

Note: can't reproduce on WinXI On win2k it isn't caused by elinks.conf. When the .elinks folder in home directory has been moved the configuration is still not saved / restored upon exit / start.
