0.16.0: `elinks-update-po` tareget fails #200

Looks like po/POTFILES needs to be updated

If not forget again, next time will be generated.

Looking on https://github.com/rkd77/elinks/compare/v0.16.0...master I think that it woid be good to flush all alredy accumulated commits and release new version (1.16.1?)

Code is messed up. I have no plan to make a release before December.
