felinks does not handle suspension gracefully #89

When I hit C-z and then resume felinks back with fg, it occupies the terminal, but the TUI is not rendered anymore. The keypresses are just displayed raw and don't seem to be handled too, so the process is to be killed externally from that on.

@bodqhrohro which version of elinks? How did you get binary?

@rkd77 0.13.2-1+b1 from Debian Bullseye.

I checked a bit more: it doesn't happen in the framebuffer console, but is applicable to all graphical terminal emulators I checked, including Xterm, Kitty and VTE-based ones.

I believe it was fixed in #65. (released in elinks-0.14.0). There are binaries in "Releases".
