Help option in the Multirun configuration editor #9

Another enhancement:

  1. show better description for config options: description should be short but helpful
  2. there should be a place for hints below the config option. For example, if must of configurations are tests (is that possible to detect such configurations?), and user has enabled re-using tabs, Multirun should show a hint that this might be not what user wants.

Won't be adding the smart hints - only better description for each available option.
