The number of replicates per amplicon is currently hard-coded as NormD(mean=20,sd=2).
I can think of three CLI parameter to control the amplicon replication process:
[x] mean -m for the normal distribution
[x] standard deviation -d for the normal distribution
[x] likelihood -p of an amplicon dropout (depth = 0)
