Zero length Hot Fix - [merged] #40

_Merges zero_lenhotfix -> master

Recently, GISAID export contains sequences of 0 length which made EMBOSS Stretcher crash within covSonar. This Hot Fix solves this problem by skipping empty sequences during import.
