Initial table with all commands we are using regularly from covsonar 1 #99

... that I know about. This covers basically everything from #96. These commands were identified using the covsonar 1 and 2 documentation, and still need to be tested to ensure the syntax and property names are correct (= that is why this is a draft pull request).

The new table in the faq.md covers all of the command types that I've seen in existing code, and I've tested all of the commands to ensure they work (manually). The update-lineages command is still very flaky for me, but that is addressed in PR #104 . I'd also like to have #106 resolved but I don't think it'll be a problem for us because we'll be automatically calling the update command on a regular basis. I think this can be merged.
