As a non-registered contractor, I want to be able to sign up for membership so that I can view content in the restricted area.

Create a sign-up flow for non-registered contractors. Should include

picking an e-mail and password
being able to pay for the subscription
picking a member/user name
probably collecting full name
probably collecting market
probably collecting interest areas for RFPs: e.g., HVAC, etc.

Minimum is just the first. Will almost certainly want to use pre-built components here.

These are accomplished:

picking an e-mail and password
being able to pay for the subscription
probably collecting full name

No obvious way to enter market or RFP interest areas. Member/user name is moot at this point because there's no scenario where a member posts publicly yet.
