Update the documentation #17

Document the options and add a modeline for editing. I couldn't think of a good example of how I would change g:agformat, so there's no example there. Maybe when using some option where the output is formatted in a really strange way?

Anyone with feedback on this? If not I'll merge after double checking on/after this weekend.
