Update the link to Bootstrap #3

Let's avoid one click and link directly the latest version of Bootstrap ;)

Thanks for noticing this—this was semi-intentional since the site uses Bootstrap 2.x instead of 3.x, but you're right, linking to old docs doesn't really help anybody. :stuck_out_tongue: I handled this in a separate commit just now because it's also no longer "Twitter" Bootstrap.
