Added new Menu prototype for managing menu.
Bar is updated immediately upon clicking
Moved background.js to banner.js and converted to prototype.
Still links to options page when click "configure" as we haven't got the ability to set colours in the menu.

This is great, thank you — because I needed the extension for a specific reason, this hadn't occurred to me but it's really useful. Should be live in the store within the hour 👍
