Add in functionality for linking to subpages within dashboards #2

For example, accessing https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home#Instances: specifically within the EC2 dashboard.

although i might need to add a script filter that will dynamically populate menu items such that the list doesn't contain tons of subpages at initial load
