Added new services #20

added 16 new services - App Mesh, Augmented AI, Bracket, Chatbot, CodeGuru, Compute Optimizer, DeepRacer, Detective, EC2 Image Builder, Fraud Detector, IQ, Kendra, Launch Wizard, MCS, Outpost, and QLDB

this all looks great, thanks for the additions!

one question though @sliedig: for amazon bracket, is the link associated in the yml the persistent link to the console page? i'm not signed up for the preview, so i can't tell. i'll go ahead and merge this for now, but i'm kinda expecting this to change/break in the future once it has a proper landing page
