Nothing Happens When I Run BizHawk.MultiClient

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install bizhawk_prereqs_v1.1.zip
2. Extract BizHawk-1.5.1.zip 
3. Run BizHawk.MultiClient
4. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect something to happen. Nothing happens. I select open, nothing. I double 
click, nothing. I try to run from command line, nothing. I've tried running it 
under compatibility mode with XP, nothing. No logs, no errors, just nothing. 
Trying to run it with Task Manager open shows the process appears, but it just 
goes away after a few seconds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BizHawk 1.5.1; Windows 7 64-bit.

I checked around and some a dll issue, not the same as this issue since I 
didn't get any errors. I tried copying all files in dll to the base directory 
anyway. No change.

Install .NET 4, it likely wasn't installed by the installer (it falsely 
detected you already had it)

That did it! Just installed .NET 4 from the Microsoft site and everything is 
working now. Thank you very much for the assist. Good job on the software, it 
looks very good so far.
