EmuHawk Refuses to Start Running #371

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Prereqs
2. Run EmuHawk
3. Wait a few seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect an emulator to start.
Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.1 (also tried 1.9.0)
Windows 10 Build 9879

Please provide any additional information below.
If you open up the task manager, when you run the program, the client will show 
up for a few seconds and then disappear (crash?).
Absolutely no pop-up or error message, just a program that fails to start.

Do you get any error messages?  What Video Card do you have?

This error is most likely due to having a Video Card that can not do OpenGL 2.0.

We have corrected this problem in the SVN but those changes have not been 
released yet.

Considering this an abandoned issue as the original reporter hasn't responded 
to my requests for more information.
