Rename ‘master’ to ‘stable’ #11

This will cause some problems, as remotes::install_github() (and likely all other ones installing from git(hub) will assume, that the master branch is the main branch and try to install from there if no ref is specified.

Cloesed until there is a decision for the remotes package.
