I create a PR to set up a codebase with the following structure:

Pdf_Library (main folder)

PDFViewerUI: Contains code for rendering PDF files from the user interface.
PDFDatabaseRenderer: Contains code for fetching PDF data from any database.
Library: Contains the core library code, organized accordingly.
Documentation: Contains detailed documentation on how to integrate these libraries into different codebases.
