This pull request implements the server-side code for the PDF Database Renderer. The following milestones have been achieved:

  1. Implement the server-side code for PDFDatabaseRenderer.
  2. Configure MongoDB as the database.
  3. Set up Multer to handle multipart/form-data.
  4. Create API endpoints for PDF retrieval.
  5. Integrate PDF processing and storage with MongoDB.
  6. Ensure error handling and validation for file uploads.

Documentation README.md: Updated with instructions on setting up and running the project.

Issue #1: Implement server-side code for PDFDatabaseRenderer ( Week 2 milestone ).
