Zoom out issue when double tap

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double tap the particular area inside mapview.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Zoom out and centered the area which double tap by user on the mapview.

When double tapping on the mapview its just zoom out the mapview but the area 
which was tapped by the user goes downside to screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osmdroid-android-3.0.8.jar , android 4.1, Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

Update to 3.0.10 and let us know if you still have the issue. If you have 
hardware acceleration turned on, then turn it off and see if that helps.
