Replace documentation of "lush_colorscheme" with "lush_theme" #131

The rest of the documentation uses "lush_theme" almost consistently, which makes these few references pretty confusing. Use the same convention everywhere. See for example: https://github.com/metalelf0/jellybeans-nvim/issues/5

Thank you! I wanted to say that I just recently found this project, and very much appreciate it. This makes theming vim/neovim so much easier!
