Duplicate tag "lush-color-example" in doc/lush.txt #89

The tag *lush-color-example* appears twice in the documentation file, making vim fail to build help tags. The duplication seem to have been introduced by https://github.com/rktjmp/lush.nvim/commit/f77186bf9cb90f654285f91ad8d1dc4533eadd85.
