Hello, thank you for the code you provided. During the process of running your code to learn, I found that the accuracy rate is a constant 50 % that does not change regardless of the training and testing processes. During the data set preprocessing process, my data voxel dimension used is 2×2×2. I don’t know if this is the reason. Can you share the data set with me? Thank you so much! Hi, Thank you very much for your interest. The voxel dimension of 2x2x2 should not be the reason for having 50% accuracy. I would suggest you look carefully at the size of each slice and the range of slices given input. I emailed ADNI regarding the data sharing and they replied it's strictly prohibited to share the data with others. Thanks
