old date format in output files #188

rotation_summary.csv and vehicle_socs.csv still use "YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss" and not "YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss"

also: could you please move the station specific outputs to a subfolder "gcs" In the example this would mean these two files: grafik
