Add max power in peak load windows to results

Please add "max_power_in_plw" to results, "time_windows" are defined in config.

• summary_vehicles_costs:
  • main prio.
  • as column behind "maximum_gc_power"
  • also: please transform .csv so columns become lines and vice versa
• gc_overview:
  • if possible without too much effort
  • as column behind "maximum_power"
• gcs -> info.json: if possible without too much effort
  • if possible without too much effort
  • in "power_peaks" -> "total_in_plw"
