Does it help if you restrict the max. zoom? Can be set in settings.py: https://github.com/rl-institut/WAM_APP_stemp_abw/blob/291e3d4cf8c1070d9cd5b1e5e12e2004c7a56a85/settings.py#L7-L34
Config of django plugin see here.
Should help, because on smaller zoom levels this effect doesn't come into place ... could be an easy fix in the end ...
@nesnoj, I changed the maxZoom to 12, I can still trigger the effect but its much harder to do so ... I think we shouldn't go lower than maxZoom of 12 ...
What do you think?
Check!
Even with your recently implemented zoom restrictions, I encountered the very same behavior with the regular planning layers ("Statische Flächen") at highest zoom level. It disappears and won't come back :(
@4lm could you please dig deeper and find our what's the reason for this?

Yes, will do!

Yes, as stated my solution doesn't fix the issue, it makes the issue just more unlikely to appear, because the effect is harder to trigger ...
