Fix #931

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Add pytests to check if multiple energy providers with one energy carrier are evaluated correctly
Fix E3.add_total_consumption_from_provider_electricity_equivalent and E3.add_total_feedin_electricity_equivalent
Update version number to 1.0.2dev so that it is possible to clearly identify the simulations run before and after this fix (in the autoreport)
