Adding conventional fossil technologies to component_attrs.yml

In order to present the status quo in the Berlin-Brandenburg region, the current installed capacities of conventional generators shall be plotted. In regard to a consistent naming of technologies and energy carriers, the retrieved Data from OPSD needs to be renamed to match oemoflex conventions. Currently there are no definitions for generators such as lignite power plants in the components_attrs.yml file. It concerns the following energy carriers from OPSD:

• Hard coal
• Lignite
• Oil
• Other fuel + Waste
